Making It Up
Making It Up is a weekly culture news podcast focused on analyzing and debating things that come up of interest in creative culture. I have been co-hosting the podcast with Eugene Kan since mid-2017. The podcast has over 160 episodes and is available wherever you listen to podcasts.
The format of this podcast is a light catch-up at the start followed by two main items of news, one chosen by Eugene and one chosen by myself. We pick our topics from the MAEKAN Briefing which is an email MAEKAN sends out twice a week filled with current news, interesting links, and more analysis of culture. On Making It Up, we talk through the things we’re most interested in and try to come to some kind of conclusion on the state of culture, media, tech, food, whatever it may be, in our modern times.
